Our full time Safety Director performs safety inspections and audits on all of our job sites and provides comprehensive training. By working closely with management professionals, clients and insurance carriers, we are able to mitigate risk exposure and maintain open lines of communication with all involved.

Safety Program Features

Our target is to achieve zero lost time on each project due to workplace accidents and injuries. This not only maximizes our productivity and cost efficiency, but ensures every employee returns home safely at the end of each day. To ensure this, Capital crew members:

• Complete a daily job hazard analysis
• Attend weekly safety meetings
• Provide regular job site inspections
• Review safety with project management teams
• Provide subcontractor safety management
• Recognize employees and subcontractors who are committed to safety
