Updated the exterior of two condominium towers with extensive repairs for a new modern look and feel.
Project Scope
- Exterior painting, waterproofing, and concrete restoration
- Painted all balcony railings, removed and replaced of window sealants
- Removal and replacement of waterproofing membrane systems on various penthouse balconies and common area fountains.
