- Removal and replacement of lobby tile
- Skimming of walls to achieve a smooth finish
- Removal and replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles and grids
- Fabrication and installation of new millwork throughout the lobby
- Primed and painted walls
- Installation of new light fixtures throughout
- Remodel of entire management office and storage areas
- Selection and procurement of furniture
