The goal of this design was to prioritize the palatial lobby and update the essential details to create a more inviting environment for guests and residents.
Project Scope
- Removed and replaced all flooring
- Installation of wallcovering and millwork throughout lobby
- Reconstruction of front desk to better serve residents and guests
- Installation of new light fixtures
