Capital is proud to have had the opportunity to have painted all 4 phases of the Aventura Lakes HOA community consisting of over 400 homes.
Project Scope
- Painted exteriors of all homes, metal railings and gates, common area walls
- Pressure cleaned all common areas
- Sealed all decorative bands and efis systems, etc.
