Completed full exterior restoration project for two towers to restore buildings to a more modern design.
Project Scope
- Full exterior envelope painting, waterproofing, and concrete restoration
- Parking garage, and ground level commercial space
- Post tension repairs
- Removal and replacement of the waterproofing system on sky bridge
- Removal and replacement of the framing, DensGlass sheathing, and stucco at the valet rotunda ceiling.
