Project Goals
When we take on an interior renovation in a condominium, we understand that we are working in a living, breathing building and take that into extreme consideration as we progress through the project.
We aimed to create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, one that is just as functional as it is stylish. The use of high-quality materials, such as marble and polished metals, combined with innovative lighting solutions, amplifies the space to provide a look of modern luxury and sophistication.
We worked in phases while renovating the lobby, allowing residents and guests access to the main lobby to come and go as they pleased. The same could be said for the Mezzanine spaces as well as the Lower Lobby, remaining open for resident use, allowing access to their amenities while we completed the renovation in phases.
Project Scope
The project scope included the renovation of the lower lobby, porte cochere, main lobby, and mezzanine level’s respective rooms.
