Project Goals
Designed by Pepe Calderin, the objective was to create an environment that blended modern elegance with coastal serenity. We were able to transform all 18 resident floors, consisting of all 567 resident doors, to leave a lasting impression of luxury. Recycled wood, natural stones, and other eco-friendly materials were used as a signature of our commitment to sustainability.
The wooden ceiling of each elevator lobby adds warmth to the space, while the gold sconces provide a touch of elegance. The contemporary design is continued throughout the resident hallways, all all resident doors and door frames are cladded with a wood-like finish and accent lighting.
