Using the existing bones of the building to its advantage, our team changed the color scheme of the building, an important factor in modernizing its design.
Project Scope
- Reconfigured front desk and entrance area
- Fabricated and installed custom pieces including front desk, metal cladding of columns, dry bar, and more
- Converted back lobby seating areas into lounge/amenity areas
- Renovated all 45 residential floors including flooring, lighting, and paint
- Renovated garage-level hallways
