Completed renovation of the entire building from the main lobby, and hallways, to recreation areas including the party room, gym, and media room.
Project Scope
- Removed and replaced all flooring
- Installation of a new drywall ceiling in the lobby and residential hallway foyers
- Removal and replacement of all lighting fixtures
- Application of wallpaper
- Skimming of walls to create a smooth surface
- Primed and painted walls
- Reconstruction of the front desk to accommodate ADA requirements
- Electrostatic painting
- Installation of exterior valet desk
- Removal and replacement of entrance wall stone
