Following the successful completion of The Carlton’s residential hallway renovations, Capital Contractor Services was awarded the next phase of the property’s transformation: a comprehensive renovation of the ground floor.
This project will modernize several of the building’s key shared spaces, including the main lobby, party room, management office, and fitness center. The renovation is designed to create a more contemporary, cohesive look while improving the functionality and overall experience of these spaces for residents, guests, and management.
As work progresses, our team will coordinate the renovation with the needs of an occupied condominium community, carefully managing construction activities, maintaining access and minimizing disruption to daily building operations.
