Capital Contractor Services served as Owner’s Representative for Alper JCC Miami during the extensive renovation and transformation of its Aquatics Center.
Working closely with leadership and project stakeholders, Capital provided full lifecycle oversight — guiding the project from design concept and permitting through construction completion. Our role ensured structured coordination, disciplined execution, and alignment with the organization’s operational and community-focused goals.
The project revitalized the Aquatics Center into a modern, accessible, and enhanced recreational environment for members and families.
Scope Summary
Design & Pre-Construction Leadership
Supported design development, coordinated permitting, led pre-construction planning efforts, and assisted with contract negotiation to establish clear expectations and project controls.
Complete Project Oversight
Provided full Owner’s Representative oversight throughout construction, maintaining coordination between consultants, contractors, and ownership to ensure quality execution and schedule alignment.
Project Highlights
- Full restoration and resurfacing of the main pool, including equipment upgrades
- Installation of new pavers, landscaping, and fencing throughout the Aquatics Center deck
- Design and construction of Herschel’s Splash Island, an accessible splash pad
