Scope Summary
Dedicated On-Site Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, management, and the General Contractor
- Coordinate unit access and scheduling for work impacting homeowners
- Attend jobsite meetings and communicate relevant updates
- Track progress and provide regular reporting to management
- Maintain project documentation and administrative oversight
